Crucial Confrontations™ Safety Training
The Next Step in Safety
What is keeping companies from moving their incident rate to zero?
What is keeping your company from moving its incident rate to zero? If you’re like most companies, you’re already using JSA, Behavior Based Safety and/or STOP™ programs; but like most companies, these valuable programs aren’t working as well as they could because they aren’t being carried out in the field as well as they should. That’s where Crucial Confrontations Safety Training comes in. It’s the missing piece in your company’s safety strategy.
Consider the unsafe behavior that is the root cause of near misses, incidents and injuries on your job sites. When this behavior isn’t dealt with, it becomes chronic. But when you identify the “gaps” between what you expect and the results you’re getting, you’re poised to do something about the chronic problems that keep your organization stuck with an imperfect incident rate.
Train your employees to effectively hold each other accountable to your safety expectations, stick to your safety programs and genuinely motivate each other to work safely and you will finally see the results that you have been wanting.
It’s time to move your incident rate to zero!

“During the course of 2006 and 2007, [we trained] Crucial Confrontations~Safety & Crucial Conversations [to] all of our off-shore and shore-based supervisory staff. This training had a significant positive impact on our operations.
In addition to the immediate improvement we saw in the safety performance on the rigs, it also helped initiate a shift in the way we view safety and operational leadership of first-line management ... I am extremely pleased with the results.”

“I attended Crucial Confrontations~Safety and Crucial Conversations training...and it has had a huge impact on my career and the way that I do my job. Before the training, I held people accountable as best I could, but once I started using the skills that I learned in this training I started getting great results. I actually have employees call me up after I had to confront them about a difficult problem just thank me for the way that I handled it. Not only are my employees happier, but the problems get resolved for good.”
