How to Interpret
Your Score
A score of 65-75
indicates you have an “A” team. Your team is very
effective, high functioning, and rare. What ever you are doing…keep
it up, many would envy you!
A score of 50-64
indicates you have a “B” team. Your team has some
admirable qualities. You likely have some outstanding individual
on your team. You probably have some marginal team members as
well. This will hinder your results.
A score of 35-49
indicates you have a “C” team. As is, you will not
experience what “A” teams routinely accomplish and
enjoy.
A score of less
than 35 is a serious concern. You are not alone; however,
if you do not address this ASAP you are headed for very serious
consequences. The opportunity costs can be substantial--we need
to talk.
